The Story: Spann bought this jacket his first year in New York from the Cockpit Flagship boutique on Broadway in 2008. Jeff Clyman started the company to recreate military apparel from WWII. The jacket was the first fashion piece he purchased in the city, and represented his first year and winter in New York; a sharp contrast to the weather patterns the southern boy was used to. “I just love it “ Marshall declares, “every time I wear it it reminds me of how far I've come since that first year.
